My water heater took a dive this morning...
My water heater took a dive this morning. Mattucci plumbing was great. The office was very responsive and communicated beautifully about anticipated arrival time. They sent someone out day-of, they texted my confirmation, and even checked with me to send someone out earlier than expected. The technician, Donald, was knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to answer my questions. I know nothing about water heaters, but Donald was very clearly able to explain to me the issue. I am now happy and back in warm water! Thank you! They went above and beyond. (Also, love their paperless system, I have everything I need in my email inbox. Love it!)

Had a leak in my kitchen sink drain...
Had an leak from my kitchen sink drain seeping through my exterior wall. Joseph from Mattucci came to bid the job. Joseph was punctual and polite. He assessed the damage and gave me a view through the scope. I was offered a bid that was guaranteed, even if the job became more complicated after the exterior wall was opened up. I accepted and and scheduled the work a few days later. Again, Joseph showed up on time and completed the work without issue.
Here's the surprise, he told me half-way through the job that it ended up being less complicated than anticipated and lowered my bill. Hard to find quality workmanship and honesty in a plumber today. Will definitely be my first call next time.

They are my new "Go to" plumbers...
I called my normal "go to" plumber on short notice, but they were not available. I went on line and found Mattucci Plumbing. They were out in a few hours and cleared the main drain. Reasonable cost. A week later the plumbing backed up again. I called them back and they came right out. Went further down the line and got it all out. No charge. They are my new "Go to" plumbers.

From the first interaction with Mattucci Plumbing, I have been nothing less than satisfied. The guys over at Mattucci have been flexible, respectful, patient, timely, and overall an awesome team to work with. I have had to call them for small projects such as snaking a drain over to larger projects such as re-routing water lines under a concrete slab foundation. We've used Mattucci Plumbing for years, ever since we moved into our new house in Redondo (almost 10 years ago). They have always been extremely fast, completely trustworthy, reasonable and efficient! I can't think of anything more to ask of a plumber, unless of course they did windows, which they do not. My son has a habit of clogging our toilet(s) at least bi-monthly (the kind of clog that a plunger just will not handle). We wouldn't consider calling anyone but Mattucci for the smallest up to the biggest job. We've had several larger jobs completed as well, and they always come through for us. The plumbers themselves are courteous, informational, quick, and thorough. Their telephone rep, Michael, is by far the most amicable, friendly, professional and amazing guy you could talk to. The last time I called, he even recognized my voice, and not because I call every other month! I highly recommend these folks for ALL of your plumbing needs, big or small. To go anywhere else would be silly and costly at the same time.
